Membership Fees Serve Four Levels of PTA
Our unit membership fees reflect four important levels of leadership: National PTA, Washington State PTA, Auburn Council of PTAs, and your own unit PTA. Each level requires a portion of your membership fee in order to provide the unique and important training tools and supplies. It is very important that you standing rules are changed to reflect the increase.
Your members will need to pay at least $9.50 to cover the cost of these fees. If you want to raise your unit fees, that is your choice. A motion must be made and approved in order to raise your unit fees. It should be done when your membership approves your next budget, prior to July 1st.

- WSPTA fees are $5.75 per member
- NPTA fees are $2.25 per member
- Auburn Council is $1.50 per member
