Springtime in PTA:
Can we input our Incoming Officers now?
Yes! If you have elected your new officers, now is the time to get them into the WSPTA membership database.
- Go to the WSPTA homepage
- On the upper right corner, click "Member Enrollment"
- Enter your local unit's login and password.
- Go to Membership Reports (horizontal blue menu bar)
- Click on Membership Roster (located in the left margin)
- When the page opens in the browser, locate and write down the ID numbers of your incoming officers
- Minimize Membership Roster and click on 11-12 Incoing Officers
- Enter the ID numbers in he applicable fields. Click on Preview
- Verify the names and positions are correct, then click on Submit.
- Update complete!
- DO NOT ENTER IN ANY NEW MEMBER INFORMATION BEFORE JULY 15th!!!
